Its superb, after they refurbished it, shop is full of stuff, main thing that Costa Coffee machine was installed too. Thumbs up on that. Usually good service, and matching fuel prices to the other garages around.

DO NOT USE PUMP 4 it never works and you don’t get as much petrol as you think you are getting! The staff are rude, one day no petrol came out 2 weeks in a row and they made us pay police were called and the man at night are aggressive loud and don’t let you get a word in edgeways! It’s a shady business with an apparent no manager on duty all day,
They’re extremely rude and for a customer service assistant and customer service it’s rude!

Website specifies that the station has an Adblue pump. Couldn't see one and was told by the staff they don't have one. Made a pointless trip as wanted to pump rather than a 10L bottle.

Horrible attitude from staff when somebody decided to “accidentally” or should I say blindly pay for my fuel, it’s a shame their diesel is so cheap and I was a regular too.. guess I’ll be going to Texato from now on

This is my closest and cheapest patrol pump. Also I can get any essential product in emergency any time from the shop. One thing is didn't like here, poor customer service!

Just called gas station asked petrol price and the person on phone said u have to come to petrol station and see urself we don't tell the prices on the phone and hang up the phone

So basically I had really bad experience with one staff yesterday night 20,12,2022 at 23:31
I ask the person has he put point inside my BP reward card he start giving me attitude and I also ask him to give me my receipt so I can keep it for myself but he start arguing with me giving me threat and he doesn't have name badge so I don't how to make a complaint against him but I have more videos of him and I might have to go through legal action against him

Came to grab some petrol for my mum as her car broke down and she couldn't come herself due to a illness and the guy at the counter was so rude he would not let me pump gas even though I am 17 years old with ID he told me I had to be 18 even though THE WARNING SIGN on the pump says 16 and over to pump gas and I told him my mum's car was broke down and she couldn't come and he didn't care at all. I think if your working at a gas station you need to know the age to pump gas otherwise why are you working there if you don't know anything. I walked all the way over dagenham east to get Petrol and they has absolutely no problem with me getting petrol didn't even question my age or ask me for ID
