The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because of the unbelievable below freezing temperature conditions these “Managers” are forcing their staff to work under! It is DISGUSTING and I want to write a formal complaint. I went into the BP station last night and I thought “wow it looks wonderful” (as it has been fully renovated” but then to my surprise it was FREEZING in there like below freezing.

How can you be so inconsiderate and inhuman to make your staff work under these conditions??? If it wasn’t for your staff if they didn’t have bills to pay and did not need this job then it would be YOU who would be working in there and doing the dogs work! So appreciate your staff for their hard work and look after them because without them you would be nowhere!! I am disgusted and appalled. I know how it feels to have to work in these sort of conditions as I have worked in these conditions when I worked for retail companies. Do you know how it feels to be SO cold you can barely move? And then you’re so ill but cannot call in sick because of the stupid company policies and how much grief you are given for being off sick?

I thought maybe the heating was broken only to be informed that infact the heating is NOT broken but BP refuses to turn it on.

And may I add, the staff in there are wonderful! Sort it out BP! I will be speaking to the head office regarding this because it is illegal and so wrong!!

I came in for a car wash, I’d misplaced the ticket with the code for the car wash on it on the way back to the car. I returned back to ask if I could get a replacement ticket, they refused and asked me to pay again. I had asked for a receipt as well as this. They refused. The three guys behind the tills laughed and joked with each other at my expense in front of other customers. It’s quite humiliating. I can understand if it’s not possible to reprint the actual ticket for the car wash however can’t understand why you’d refuse to re print the purchase reciept. I needed this to claim back via expenses.

I appreciate that you don’t go to a petrol station for the good customer service however there’s common decency.

Visited last night around 1AM for car wash. I had knocked the night pay point for a car wash code. Nobody come to there. I still knocked the window over 10 mins nobody care at all. 1* is too much for this station. I'll never go there for petrol or any shopping.

Car wash. Paid for premium but car was still dirty afterwards. Asked for another wash and the attendants response was so awful. We will never come here again. This garage is obviously very poorly run. BP, don’t even bother responding your usual “we’re sorry to hear this” looking at the reviews you obviously don’t care at all. The manager is terrible and this place will remain terrible as your response is not there. Going to avoid BP from now on

Used them for sending a parcel via Yodel. They lost the parcel and so Yodel couldn't collect it. My customer called them and they said that I never dropped it off, but I have the receipt from them, so they are not only liars, but they are also damaging my reputation with customers. Also worth mentioning that they don't understand basic English.

I got full tank and paid £107. then went to pret a manager for coffee and stay there 40 mintes and now got a £100 parking penalty. i will never used this petrol station again. parking restrictions are not claerely visble. i first time used this petrol station & pret a manager cofee shop. whats the point of having pret a manger cafe in there with parking retriction. unbelivebale.

The guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. I asked if the car wash was working and because he was with his mates standing behind the counter he laughed in my face and just said it's broken mate.

My daughter dropped off a parcel for Asos and didn't get any receipt. Now Asos claims they don't receive the the returned parcel. It's a shame that people can't do their job properly. My daughter is at uni and £35 is a lot for her.
