Avoid at all cost. The charging points for EV cars don’t work most of the time. This means that’s every time you try a different machine you get charged 20£ . In the last week alone I have been charged nearly 300£ and was able to charge my car for just over 100£. When I had multiple time report the issue the staff showed no care and advised to call the mfp customer service who then said that the charges would be refunded within 10 working days. I need to charge my car everyday to work and I ended up to have to pay 60-80-120 in certain case before being able to charge. The issue has been resolved after I insisted multiple times and complaining to the management resetting the machines therefore the staff knows how to fix the issue and purposely do nothing until you leave there the money don’t get any service. Exhausted by this behaviour and once again today Sunday the 10th of July after the first attempt which cost me 20£ I kindly asked the member of the staff to reset the machine to avoid further charges . The member of the staff refused it even though he knew this would let me to charge my car avoiding further issue, therefore I started to film to document the issue and to report to the competent trading body as this doesn’t look right to me and for sure unlawful.

I have been verbally abused and physically threatened by your staff and it is all documented in my video and it should by law recorded by your CCTV which I will ask you to review .

I will take this further as your business practice and staff behaviour is unacceptable at this point .

AVOID at all cost. do not bother using theses services. the air maxchine shorts your time to fill one tyre. and if you are there for 16 minutes they send you a fine of £.
I contacted Bp. A complete waste of time. have also contacted Motor Fuel Group with no response.

have the misfortune of needing air for all four tyres. Upon using the pay air compressor at 295-313 Bexley Rd, Erith DA8 3EX, the time on the machine didn't give enough time to fill one tyre. between getting change to feed this( I assume) faulty air compressor and filling all four tyres, took over the ridiculous fifteen-minute time limit in the bay allowed for air services. adding insult to injury I have not received a "fine" for £100. this is a completely unfair practice for using your services. the location has been completely unhelpful in resolving this matter.

Received parking fine for ordering Subway. been 20min in a queue... Surely, management must be able to distinguish between genuine customers and space abusers... Not driving past that place anytime soon. Farewell BP...

Staff are always helpful. Not the cheapest garage for petrol. But price is coming down slowly

Went in to use the Car Wash and was issued a parking fine. Long queue to pay and to use the Car Wash meant I was there just over the 15 minutes. Euro Car Parks dismissed my appeal without checking then had to contact BP direct to sort it. The Garage isn't interested in solving the problems as there are still issues with the parking times. Avoid this Garage is the best option.

An absolute disgrace. Got fined £60 by their car park bandits for paying to use the vacuum cleaner, air hose to pump up 4 tyres, buying petrol and then using the car wash. The car was not parked but using or waiting to use the facilities that they charge you to use. Appealed explaining what I was doing and pointing out that my house is less than 100 metres away so why would I want to park there but it was dismissed out of hand. How can they expect people to use them? I would advise people to stay away! It would be zero stars but that is not an option.

I had a very disappointing and unnecessary experience here today. I pulled in noticing they had a car wash and vacuum. I pulled up to the vacuum machine which invited me to pay by card. I paid the £2 for a vacuum and scent spray but the vacuum had no suction. I went i to the harage to speak to the cashier who was immediately rude and defensive with me. He told me he couldnt do anything and I should come back later. I explained i live 300miles away and couldnt come back. He told me i shouldn't have uses it because it was out of order despite there being no sign on it saying so. He eventually agreed ti give my money back but je slammed the money down. I asked if a had done something wrong to deserve the rudenes. He was not happy! Very poor customer service skills.

Like many others it looks like I have been caught in the BP/Euro car parks trap. How can you offer facilities then fine people for staying for more than 15 minutes? We took 27 minutes to eat our lunch from Subway. Greed and underhanded tactics like this, equalling theft from ordanary people by large corporations, should be illegal. "Let's take their money and fine them for the privilege" Can you see the greedy BP fat cats standing around laughing their heads off?
