Always seems to be closed when I'm on the way home from work, desperately need milk b4 I go home. Understand if there's a delivery not enough staff to open doors but I'm sure they place cones accross forecourt just for a break.... closed for 45 mins for delivery telling me to go accross the road to costcutter.... no I want decent milk and food.

Overpriced, deals not applicable unless you legitimately INSIST for them, honestly the most unusual thing that I have to do beside overpaying for them is paying again almost doubled compared to ex off-licence. They should hire new staff and drop the prices down

Thank you very much all staff at Bp at this location today for being so helpful in finding my phone which I accidentally misplaced. I’ve left it on top of the car while passing the shopping to my partner and then I forgotten I left it there. The members of staff moved quickly and checked the cameras and this is how de device was spotted being on the roof of the vehicle.

Thanks a lot for your kindness , involvement and for you quick response to this.
We all know that we hold our lives within our devices and this has a lot of emotional impact to us .

It's average the car wash doesn't do too much though to be honest but the pumps will hydrate your car with petrol or diesel or whatever you use these days people use snickers bars instead of petrol but yeah

Usually a good petrol station and great if you need to get some top up food. However stopped there on my way back from work at 1:30am and it the staff inside shook his head and said it was closed, there was 3 other cars on the forecourt trying to get fuel but couldn't, it was quite obvious the staff just wasn't going to serve anyone. I thought it was supposed to be 24hrs as listed on google, if it isn't, google should be updated

Car wash should be opened 24hr.also it doesn't clean the wheels
Overall,good place to refuel and shoping.

Virtually no pumps working. No unleaded fuel. No big signs to tell you, just all of the pump handles secured to stop you using them. Waste of time

It is not the lack of fuel that is the worst thing. It is the lack is signage.
At other petrol stations if there is a problem they put cones out, or hand easily visible signs on the pumps.
This is the only one with so little evidence of an issue that I have stopped my talking book, taken out my credit card, put on my mask, used alcohol gel, and actually left the car and opened my fuel hatch, only to turn to the pump and find that it was pointless.

It's a station with a decent shop but still the customer service sucks every time I'm there.Honestly isn't hard to scan loyalty card and process a payment but everytime I'm there there's some kind of uneccesary issue. A few to name are
1. Cashier rurned the pump off because I was sat in the drivers seat of the car and my partner went to fuel up. Apparently its against company policy to have someone in the driver seat when fuelling.??!!! He refused to take an advance payment too.
2. Refused to serve another customer because his car was the wrong way round but happily served a police officer who did the exact same when the forecourt was empty.
3. Rude and abusive when questioned if they offer delivery. I saw their tablet beep but guy says they don't offer delivery. Go outside and there's signs on the door saying they do.

BP opposite much smaller but no issues.
