Pleasant enough staff at this site, however the space between pumps is a little bit on the 'snug' side if you own a wide bodied car/van. Having said that so is the inside of the store ..... That's not enough to give it a negative score, as I went for fuel and it sold that especially the Nitro v+ diesel

Customers have no shame? They park at the pump to go shopping while others wait to fill up their cars :(

Staff are polite and friendly. The COOK section is handy to have but otherwise limited selection of convenience. Village could definitely do with a little Waitrose or a M&S foodhall.

The Customer service was excellent!
Lots of space to park and have a quick bite before a big trip.
Lots of options to choose from in the shop, it's like a mini grocery store.

The franchise at this service station doesn't seem to be passing on the reduction in fuel duty tax . The cost of e5 petrol has risen 8 pence in 8 days..Now £2.01 per litre. Have been using this for last 7 years. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Also the staff would not give me the franchise holders Main office address.

Enjoyed my visit to Shell. I had a Costa Coffee and a pain au chocolat.

Very busy at the time. Could've done with staff coming out of Deli to help on the tills. No toilet for customers which is always disappointing.

How many times do you need to come and try to wash car and see that the employees are parking their car in the jet wash bay??
It's quite disgusting to be lied in the face that is not working .. when clearly there is no signs saying so and the display of the machine is working fine.
Try and train your employees better!
