Have a deal with collect+ and they can't take my parcel because drivers don't take them on time. So take off your store from collect+ map, waste of time.

So they advertise 24hours on website it cannot collect parcels at night so confused needs to be explained on the site. Exact words were “can you come back tomorrow night” what the difference between nights? Guys very rude and need to sort it out. Please click and collect find a decent store that actually are worth using.

price ok for fuel and being non-stop in the store you can find something when you are without and you need it late in the evening and now it has also expanded with a manual car wash, super!

Worst customer service! Needed air pressure into my tyres and the machine instead of adding air let more getting out. Went to ask for help and reported the issue and been told "sorry, can't get out of here" didn't even bother to at least tell me if there is another alternative and also lost the money. Had to go to another place to get my tyres sorted. At least put a note on the machine that is malfunctioned if you are not able to get out and help.

Only went to put air in tyres. Sign said out of service but one of the 2 people behind the counter came out and I asked if he was staff and if it was still broken. He said he was staff and that the machine was fine. I began to use it but display wasn't moving up. After another minute I noticed tyre going down and display then read 12Psi ie it had deflated my tyres. I complained inside but the staff member first said I did it wrong then said it was broke anyway. He really did not care about my situation. I then limped the car to Tesco garage nearby and they opened up the forecourt for me to fix the issue. I left a few interactions out but in essence I would never go near this garage again

It's was busy, queues from all directions. Haha I got my petrol in 5 minutes flat...

People can't drive and are not observant to free pump.

NEVER send parcels thrue this place, my parcel have never been send and no proof of postage been given. The man who runs it very rude and disrespectfull, not even tried to help just send to call some where. AVOID
