Never close at right times, this is 3rd time i have turned up with a good 15 mins left before closure and they've closed so clearly just think sod it i'll get home earlier even though your paid to work until that set time.....turned up at 9.40 and they had shutters down and all pumps locked when it says they close at 10pm and was mouthed at probably because i disturbed her getting ready for driving home 20 mins before closing times.

Another issue i have had with them is when they asked me for ID for petrol just because they simply could! i know you'll work in a petrol station but you clearly know the age to learn/drive a car right? its 17 just in case you didn't know and whats the age required to buy petrol? its 16 so any driver who's driving a car is clearly above the age to purchase fuel!

Also they take ages to press a button to release fuel how hard can it be? i have had to stand a good few mins looking like a clown waiting for them to press button at one point i have even had to go in to tell him to press it...never an apology so Morrisons can keep their petrol.

More staff needed!
The queue was nearly back to the main road. The lady working was doing a great job but why was she on her own?
This is my regular fuel stop and this is not the first time this has happened. The staff deserve better because God bless them they work for every penny.

Disgusted to see people using the disabled bays as a lane to queue for the patrol station. Obviously our so called community do not feel that disabled people have the right to go to the shop anymore and Morrison's obviously support this by allowing it

,Local to me only reason i use it, pumps are rather close together so you cant get round someone to get in front so just have to sit there, pretty tight too so someone in a pickup or long vehicle will struggle getting round and most times i have been i have been stood there waiting 2 min for person to get into room to press button, other night at around half 8 i was stood there for a good 5 min with no fuel coming out and women no where to be seen i had to go in and ask if she's there...never said sorry or anything.

Also, other week they asked my sister for ID to pay for petrol..pretty sure if she can drive a car she's over 17...yet age to buy petrol is 16? logic?? after you've wasted an hour waiting for them to press button for fuel release you then have to spend another hour proving ID for zero reason.
