2 VERY RUDE NIGHT STAFF!

Just popped in to get two bottles of drink. I stood at the place where you que and are next for the till. I stood there by myself. The gentleman behind the till ignored me. I patiently waited while they glanced once at me then said nothing.

After 30 seconds I asked out aloud to them if one of them is serving. The man pictured looked me up and down and under his breath said "Cash or card" (great way to greet customers!).

I said cash as I approached a till he stood by and he said ''£2''. And that was it, he said nothing more.

It sells fuel, that's the only good thing I have to say about it. Charging 20p more a litre than the garage five minutes down the motorway is a joke.

2.12 pance for diesel ⛽️.
24 pance more then other stations.

Rude staff! It’s free to be kind and have respect for your customer

For the exorbitant prices they charge for fuel in comparison to other petrol stations, you'd hope the guy behind the till would be bothered to at least say hello when you approach the till to pay, have some eye contact, perhaps even a smile, or say thank you or goodbye after you've paid.
But no. An absolute misery guts 'serving'. When you think there can't be anything much worse than a long drive home and being stuck in M25 traffic, it's filling up at this petrol station.

the best fuel i ever used, the best friendly staff.. all in all is great.

Beware! Horrible staff and service!! Staff don't help customers and are instead rude to them. We paid through the Shell app, and then went inside the shop, checked with the cashier that everything as well, and then left. 4 months later they sent us a notice for non-payment and demanded 60 pounds of fees on top of the 80 pounds fuel charge! They have no humility or self-awareness to realise their own mistakes. They are out to fleece the customers.

there are several different verities of fuel on offer, petrol, diesel both also providing the premium options for the 2. Gas is also here and Add Blue.

There is lorry/large vehicle fueling here also.

Toilets inside and coster coffee machines.

Food wise they do the usual fuel station deals for meals and also the Jamie Oliver selection of "fresh baked goods".

The toilets where clean and service was quick.
