Do not visit at night, the staff member who works is extremely rude, argumentative and stroppy when asked a simple question. He is older than the rest of the staff and clearly has no sense of customer service and should not be serving people at all. I simply asked for an item to which he grabbed the complete wrong one and when I kindly pointed out, he threw a strop and proceeded to be rude. I have had 2 arguments with him due to his rudeness and attitude towards me and now choose to drive to another petrol station if I need fuel at night even though I live literally across the road from it.

Some of the more senior and longer serving ladies working in the store can be very rude and not very polite. The need to take a reality check. As to what is important, getting there opinion access or assisting customers. If a customer does something that you don't like try and be polite. London is more multicultural environment with more languages which means more understanding required. Leave your bad moods at home. Customer's don't appreciate being curssed at. Thank you

Placed an order for delivery after 30 min rung to see when it was told it wouldn't be long half hour later still hasn't appeared to be told they had cancelled and wouldn't be coming I asked how I would go about getting refund and was told I wouldn't be the guy was rude and aggressive know phone will never use again

Very competitive prices, particularly in comparison with the nearby Tesco at Elmer's End who continue to charge around 4p more per litre for both petrol an diesel. Only downside is comparatively smaller forecourt.

OK- not the cleanest of petrol stations and looked like it could do with a bit of tlc. Service was good and friendly, costa coffee machine was working but customer toilets were sadly out of order

I stopped to fill up and when i went to pay asked the man a question about a product to which he was very rude and looked at me like i was filth. He then threw the chip and pin machine towards me and shouted put your card in there. I told him he was rude and ignorant. Won't be using this place again
