Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!! Went to the garage to use the jet wash drove into the jet wash put £2 in with 5 mins of time, pressed the button jetwash turned on but no water or soap coming out, went in to ask for help and no one even seemed to care, person serving just told me it closed at 8 (went in at about 8:30) there are no signs to say that and nothing to stop you going in and using it! Someone came out to have a look and by that point it had actually started working ( couldn't really wash the car with only 1min 30 left at that point though! He just put a cone out to stop anyone else going in, didn't even apologise for the inconvenience hardly said a word! Like I said worst customer service ever!!! Didn't even seem to care!

Spent 10 minutes waiting for service after lifting the pump. Even looked around the shop to see if anyone was there. Every time gone to order a Costa coffee, every single time we have put an order through the woman says the same thing, which is I’m currently cleaning the pipes. But every time we have arrived she opens the machines almost deliberately! We also sat after getting the fuel with the machines wide open and is not present cleaning them. Don’t even bother going to this pump late at night! Night staff are rude!

The "kiln dried logs" they sold us for £9 were super damp. Smoke central.

Stopped here this morning, never again. Used their toilet and it’s quiet possibly the dirtiest toilet I have ever been in. Looked like someone had done their business on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I told the man behind the counter who was to busy to acknowledge I had even spoke as he was on his phone with headphones in. The Costa Express machines were all filthy. I decided not to have one and went elsewhere.

1 star is generous. Terrible customer service. Staff are always on their phone whether they are stacking up or they are behind the till on there headphones when on the floor and usually on loudspeaker when behind the till. They ignore you when you ask them something. Staff are rude, never ask if you want a bag and expect you to walk out without one because they can't be asked to go out back to get more.

Saw a bloke open a bottle of drink, drink some and put it back. Told staff and they insisted that the obviously opened bottle hadn't been touched and put it back on the shelf! Disgusting. Don't buy anything to eat or drink here!

Not Covid safe. Staff do not question people going into the shop who are not wearing a mask. They just ignore it and put all their other customers at risk.
