Advertised price for unleaded at the entrance was 128.9p. The pumps offered only one unleaded and one diesel pump, so I began fuelling. Only once re-fuelling the car, did the price of the unleaded show up at 147p and I was using Shell v-Power. There was no advertised price for this when driving in, so it did not occur to me that when I got to the pump, this would be the only option at the pump. When discussing with the staff member that they should make it clearer, I was met with the response "have you finished your speech". The worst customer service I have ever had, and I shan't be using a Shell garage again.

Paid £6.99 for a full car wash and it didn’t work properly, only half cleaned and car left filthy. I was told it needed to be reset. No offer to be reset and was offered a £4.99 refund (?) and then asked to fill a large paper form. Had to take my car down to the hand car wash in Kingston so that the mess could be cleaned properly. No apology - nothing.

Ignorance is not acceptable under any circumstance.

When we tried to talk to the staff member through the night pay window, he wandered off in to the office and closed the door.

I understand that this is a franchised group. If Shell and mfg are happy to keep this station in the group then I'm happy to move over to another retailer. Put simply, treat the customer with contempt and they will walk away.

WARNING: The car wash is VERY slow. It takes 15 minutes per car. If there are 4 cars in front of you in the queue you will be waiting for 1 hour before you get washed. It closes at 7.30PM due to noise limits. The man behind the till should NOT be selling car wash tickets after 7PM because the machine times out at 7.30PM. I and others queued for 1 hour to finally reach the machine and discover it was closed for the night. APPALLING! I am FUMING!

The staff there are lovely. Always very friendly. I try to go there every time I need petrol because the service is so great.

Poor customer service got accused of stealing petrol without even pumping my bike. very rude man at the till discriminating me for what I was wearing and overall bad experience would not recommend.

We went for a car wash. There was quite a queue but we were happy to wait patiently until the car Infront of us drove over the guides lines and jammed the machine. He was totally unaware of what he had done and seemed prepared to wait in his car forever! I got out of our car and after a lot of persuasion got the fellow to look how badly he had positioned his car. After endless manoeuvring he got into the correct place but the car washer had gone on strike and refused to work. I then went back to the till where we had purchased our ticket.... although the guy behind the till had a CTV camera displaying everything that had been going on at the Car Wash. He refused to help or sort out the chaotic queue of cars. There seems to be no override button. Once the machine stops it is impossible for the workers at This Shell Garage to get it moving again. Absolutely ridiculous! Shell needs to take a serious look at this appallingly run garage.

This car wash is atrociously bad - don’t bother! These are photos of my car AFTER its wash today 🙈I didn’t realise how bad it was until I’d driven home. Went back to the garage with my receipt to politely ask for either a refund or another go through the wash (for free) and the man at the till wouldn’t do either. Maybe because my car is small? Think it basically just tickled my car 😂

Came home and hand washed instead which isn’t easy when you live on a busy through-road and no outdoor water supply! Thanks a bunch Shell!
