Steeles of Worthing (Harvest petrol station)

Went here while visiting the area. We needed the loo and the man serving was very pleasant and friendly, directed us to a very clean and spacious customer toilet. Good customer service. The price of the diesel also seemed okay compared with what we usually get locally too. Only minor issue was the pump we chose nearest the shop was rather narrow for our van, but we still managed to squeeze in.

Amazing service! I asked the attendant if it would be ok to fill up with a mix of E5 & E10 of about 50% each. My classic American sports car will run on E10 but I prefer to use a mixture if possible. No problem, he reset the pump so I could take 2 deliveries. 2 days later when entering the details into a spreadsheet I keep to monitor fuel economy (an old habit!) I realised I was only given a credit card receipt, so I didn't have litres and prices for each fuel taken. As a long shot , I phoned to see if they could give me this data? Without hesitation, the attendant looked it up on his computer and relayed all the info I requested- whilst serving customers at the same time! I was impressed to say the least.

Useful for sending off parcels from the storage lockers on end wall.

Fuel prices very good staff friendly

Having been very low on petrol I was thankful that I was able to get some this pm from your garage in a very orderly fashion. Your attendant (ginger hair), was working his boots off organising the vehicles in the road and on the forecourt. he was polite and very good in managing the fuel supplies to our vehicles. Please thank him for a job very well done.

Very convenient garage to fill up at. On my travel route to and from work so doesn't inconvenience me. Competitive pricing particularly when I take into consideration the extra travel miles and time I would need to visit one of the competitors.

Visited Steeles garage today because I needed fuel fairly urgently due to the local delivery shortages. I normally use this garage every couple of weeks. Having seen the updates on Facebook my experience was similar to the experience of others last week. They were super organised and Mr Steele himself was directing cars to the appropriate pumps on the forecourt, all done with a smile. The queue was relatively short, about 5 or 6 cars before reaching the forecourt, and in total I probably waited about 10 minutes to get to a pump. Just glad to get some fuel!

Great support during the fuel shortage. Well organised and kept customers informed via Facebook. Very impressed. Also, although prices went up slightly, we did not feel ripped off.
