BEWARE of the hand car wash!

The petrol station itself is ok. The shop is small but the staff are friendly.

The car wash, however, is to be avoided at all costs.
I came away thinking it was ok after having a £15 inside and out clean until I got home and looked over the car.
There were 2 parallel scratches in the window tint (a ring and bracelet perhaps), 2 identically parallel scratches on the front wing (same side as the window tint) and it looks like the wheel cleaner acid (?) has been sprayed up the front and rear bumper such that it has faded the paint in long drip marks.

While I appreciate this is a £15 wash rather than a £250 valet, I still don't expect to come away with this sort of damage to my car.

One to avoid for sure.

Been to this station 3 times to post a yodel parcel and each time I've been told that the server is down and so they can't take the parcel

Often advertises cheap fuel. Unfortunately there's no such thing anymore, but at least they usually have some. Also sells crisps.

Popped in for a quick car wash in and out in around 10 minutes perfect.

I use this fuel station weekly on my motorcycle with no problems as it is local to my work.

Last week though the member of staff rudely banged on the window waving his hands about at me. I waited on my motorcycle for him to switch the pump on but he didn't.
He carried on pointing and waving hands what looked like he was asking me to take of my helmet. A customer who was in there came out after paying said he is asking you to take your helmet off. I have never been asked to do this before and I'm not prepared to do that as this means I would have to take off my gloves, undo jacket and reset my neck warmer putting 5-10 minutes of my time to do this. He could have come and spoke to me like a human rather than banging on window, waving hands about.
I will now not use this garage again and use the shell petrol station next door to them who had no issues with me wearing my helmet.
