Beware of the FREE air pump. This air pump took my motorbike front wheel from mid 20psi down to 10psi, only for it to flash E1 (I presume an error) afterwards.

I went into the station to query whether it's faulty and stated my issue of now having a flat tyre, the gent showed no sympathy and bluntly said you will have to call for recovery. Cars used the pump afterward apparently to no issue...the guy simply didn't seem to care.

Only saving grace is, previously I have been served by a delightful women who DID seem to care about simply brightening your day. Location is good, plenty of pumps, FREE air and water is nice...

I understand Sainsburys cannot just suddenly fix the pump or my motorbike, however, an ounce of sympathy or compassion wouldn't go amiss.

Petrol Station! Finally has pay at pump but IS NOT 24hr pay at pump so when it's closed it's closed. Small shop attached to the forecourt. The main Sainsbury store is a few roads away. The petrol station is not on Frankly Beaches Road it's on a38 Sir Herbert Austin way. I keep editing the location on Google only for it not to be applied, because other reviewers are utterly inaccurate and enter the stores postcode and location instead. You'll find out what i mean if you go looking for fuel along frankly beaches road. You'll run out before you find any! It's on the a38 right next to a brand new Starbucks being built. Staff are quick and friendly.

Cheap fuel and free air and water, to check tyres and fill your radiator. £1.17 per litre, 2p cheaper than Asda when I visited. Pay at the pump available if you don't want to pay at the kiosk. Pumps seem really quick too.

Great petrol station, lots of space & quick cashiers!
On dual carriageway, so in and out on same road, very easy to rejoin traffic, even when busy.

Spacious station with plenty of pumps. Be mindful however of the cue which can sometimes build up and spill on to the dual carriage way.
To those that sit there daydreaming if you could cause a real serious accent. If you open your eyes you will see that the first que is usually for people that don’t think. The hoses that provided fuel are designed to reach both sides of the vehicle so think of yourself and other drivers when the pump is on your right and your fuel tank on the left hand side the hose will reach behind the car to the fuel tank. It is the little practical things we can think about to help improve each other's journey.

Terrible place , rip off prices. Unclean and awkward for disabled people to refuel .staff have no interest, won't be using again.
A block of flat's would look better on the site

I arrived 20 mins before the closure time and I was told that the petrol station close early. I was trying to explain that I had completely empty fuel tank and that it was an emergency. However the assistant didn't want to listen and just told me that it's not their problem.
I ended up stuck on the road with my partner in a freezing weather with no petrol waiting for the recovery.
Really disappointed with such ignorant staff. Wouldn't go there ever again.

Decent prices, good set up, but feel staff should check the disposal gloves situation more often, 8/10 times there's none available.
