I like this Shell Petrol Station from Barking, I wish to have one like this in Canning Town... I am always fill up my VW Golf with 99 V Power Petrol because is the best in quality!!! This petrol station is big and clean... the shop is good, you can buy some food, coffee, oils, windscreen cleaners etc. Very pleased with Shell Barking well done!!! Thank you!!! Regards!!! Stopped in for can of red bull on night shift, says open 24 hours. Attendant at window was that lazy he couldn’t be bothered to walk to fridge and get one and his response was that the shop was closed. Only got 1 star because I couldn’t give zero. I stop at other shell sites all the time and they are helpful and will sell stuff from the shop on a night time.

Last night's Gentleman behind the counter was very rude at aprox just after 11pm.

I regularly fill up their all my vehicles 4 times a week.

Send him on further training of how to speak to customers, I am a business owner myself and would not tolerate such behaviour from any of my staff members.

I was desperately looking for a
non-dairy ice cream tonight. I
looked everywhere until I found
shell shop. They were the only
ones who had non dairy ice cream
displayed on their menu. When I
ordered the ice cream, the notes
and the pictures shown clearly
said "non-dairy" ice cream.
Whereas the two tubs that | got
both have dairy. I cannot have
dairy and I almost ate that!
Ridiculous. Plus I got another tub I
will have to chuck in the bin. I then rang them and asked them for help, and they refused to help let alone saying sorry. They rang me back after 2 minutes and they have told me that next time I should be careful as to what I read on their menu, when they have clearly put the wrong picture on their website.

Incredibly childish ..

I was here to 4:55am and asked the guy at the station that I need four cheese toste, he said I have to wait 10 minutes to come in to order that, I was waiting at the shell station barking and after 5:00am when he opened the door, I went in and I asked him for four cheese toste, than he replied to me it’s finished
How come it’s finished straight away because I was the first one to get in the shell garage
I think he is lazy guy

I'm refuelling at night then it's plenty of empty distributors.

Called the store on 17/10/22 morning 3 am and asked if they sell alcohol and the guy who answered the call was very rude and hung up the call. These people dont know the basics of customer satisfaction.
