Incredibly rude and lazy staff. Today (March 15th, around 1 p.m.) three members of staff (a blonde woman, a ginger one and a man with a beard needing trim) were basically spending time chatting to each other, all of them literally lounging on the counter. They seemed to have forgotten to address a customer using common phrases like "hello" or "good afternoon", or "thank you", or "please". And fuel was over £1.90 per litre. Best part? Those three numpties literally doing f-all, while loos were as filthy as a Mexican toilet in Desperado.

How long is our various Governments going to allow Motorway Services to rip off the British public ? Extortionate price for a cup of tea, a sandwich & pkt of crisps. £7:50
Imagine what £7:50 would buy me in a 'Spoons' steak even maybe ?
I was of the understanding that they were trying to encourage drivers to take breaks.
While our MP's enjoy a subsidised canteen & bar at our expense they're happy for us to get ripped off for delivering goods around the uk.
Oh by the way the diesel was £199:9 per ltr (guess what I didn't buy any)

Good services, with all you might require. Food, Restrooms, Fuel. Like ke most out of town services fuel extra expensive in the current economic climate. Unless your ready to pay extra fuel up locally before setting out. Easy to get to and out

Needed a reconditioned engine is it a bit of a long way to go it all depends how you value your car yeah it's ok good recommended.

Absolutely disgusting service by the CHILDREN working in the petrol station. Acting like girls in high school smirking and being very very rude to my mother . Horrible customer service

Why is it hard to find super unleaded petrol in the Midlands. Shell seem to be the only ones offering wherever I go. Shop was well maintained with a good variety of products and service was good.
