Every time I walk in David puts a big smile on my face no matter the mood just goes to show how much the staff can have an influence on your customers

It's got a variety of places to eat services is good and parking is decent
Toilets are clean and serviced and if you have any complaint find the manager
Food and hot drinks are pricy as expected

Ideal for my drive home and average on price. Just a nightmare that the air pumps never seen to be working.

Risking lives with irresponsible violation of safe working pandemic guidelines. I attended early afternoon on Thursday 25th July, to top up my electric. After my key wouldn’t connect I was asked to blow on the key removing my face mask. It still didn’t connect, so two members of staff blew on my key spreading whatever germs they carry onto my personal property, potentially including the virus. Whilst Leicester is a current hot spot for the virus, this was extremely irresponsible. I have two children, one of which has underlying health conditions, the only time I ever leave the house is to top up my electric and gas at this garage. I am so shock and disgusted with their reckless behaviour. Absolute shambles. It’s extremely easy to clean the key connectors with a q-tip, something I know from experience isn’t even needed as it always works after several attempts anyway.

I brought a 10 pound o2 too up voucher i gave the guy 20 and he only gave me the voucher and when I told him about it we argued cause he kept saying he gave it but he didn't and I still haven't got it back this store robs you
