Great service, great food, decent prices. Need more than 1 person on the till at peak times, instead of stocking shelves.

8.30am and not open again! Most shops around here open at 7/7.30, shame because I love the coffee in this shop!

Nice store, what I like here is, if there is a lot of people waiting every staff member jumps on a till.

An extra 16p per litre for the Ultimate unleaded is a bit steep. Also disappointed that you can't pay at the pump. Yes, there's an app but there's also a sign telling you not to use a mobile phone on the forecourt.

Much shorter queues than on the Southampton Rd.

I payed for fuel on the 8/11/2020 and after checking my balance I had two payments, one for £35.05 (mine) and an unknown bill of £30. I won't be going here again

We didn't pull in for fuel, we pulled in for a coffee. Anyway, at least the young guys were very friendly and polite. I asked for full fat milk and they had that (hurrah). Unfortunately the coffee was like a hot milk, it was so weak that I was twice tempted to go back and ask for a coffee.
I didn't do that but I decided to write a review.
Coffee! What coffee? Sorry for a bad review but at £3 it was daylight robbery.

Middle aged blonde woman quite Rude and walked away when their was a queue.

Minor issues that I have paid to fill my car with screen wash at one of BP’s machines to find it not working (I suspect it was empty) I expected this to be resolved quickly and easily however this is not the case.
I was told that apparently the night shift team are not trained to deal with customer services issues by an unhelpful member of staff and I would have to call a manager tomorrow.
Quite unprofessional concerning that staff aren’t trained fully and left to operate a petrol station.
