Good quality fuel and service but no pay at pump and fuel tends to be more expensive than Morrisons or Tescos etc

Car wash when it's busy offers a poor service on my last visit to it my keys ended up locked in my car to which I had to borrow my sisters car to collect spare house keys then to get home to Milton Keynes to get my spare key mean while my car had been left running for over an hour and the car wash given was poor and not up to usual standard. Needless to say I didn't pay for my car wash.

Went to this place last night at around 11pm and asked the gentleman to get 2 things from store for me. Extremely miserable man, seemed he couldn't be bothered ,he went reluctantly. Disgraceful customer service, if you can't be bothered to do your job find another. If I was your boss I'd sack you without hesitation. Will not be using this garage again. I expect good customer service

Fuel prices cut by 5p at 6pm this evening by Chancellor...however 4.5hours later still sitting at 166.9p whilst Tesco went straight to 160p. Should be ashamed

Went to pay and very glad I checked the receipt. They had tacked on a chocolate bar and an ice cream to the bill. Went back in to argue and ask why they did it. No explanation and quickly gave back the overcharge in cash. Like they new it was coming or were prepared. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

A personal thanks to the lady managing the station on 3rd October. We needed diesel for our narrowboat (provides our heating and electricity) as the boatyard has run dry. She ensured we were able to get a small quantity of diesel amongst all the queueing cars and came out to check we were ok and didn't get any abuse for filling some cans. Really appreciated given the difficult circumstances they find themselves in with the fuel shortages.

It's private company not shell but ok went for a Costa coffee the man behind the counter was friendly

Busy with groundwork going on so difficult to drive round. Friendly staff. Good prices
