Impressive large spacious petrol station and shop plus even with a separate bakery store. My first experience there should have been positive but was not. Arrived after 10pm on a Sunday evening and was the only vehicle putting petrol in throughout my stay. Decided to do some impromptu shopping and I briskly took about 10 minutes to select some items. On arrival at the till I was asked by a very anxious looking cashier if that was my car even though he had clearly noticed me walking across the forecourt and that he had been about to signal for emergency response because my car had been left for so long. I have done the same thing before at other petrol stations no problem and during the busy daytime.

Great service and very helpful staff especially kerry who went the extra mile for me as I was isolating and helped me with a parcel delivery she's a credit to your staff

Everything went well today and when I had difficulties with the jet wash jesse did her best to help me out

I'm a loyal customer of 6+ years and generally get good service. Unfortunately it's not been the case recently. A youngish guy wearing the name badge "Chloe" is consistently rude, doesn't greet you back and has quite an attitude. I've had 3 bad experiences with him in recent weeks and its amazing that BP Buckshaw will unleash such surly, badly trained staff on their customers. Unacceptable. Please take action BP, you can do better than this!

Staff are helpful and polite. However, many customers fail to observe the covid rules within the shop and adjoining Greg's. Therefore, enter the premises with caution as you may be at risk because of idiots and no enforcement.

When you use a garage week in week out for fuel and ad blue and then they change there minds that you can't use the ad blue is absolutely disgusting and the staff are rude to go with it. Will never use again

Rude and unhelpful staff, the most expensive place around. Will only be an emergency to use hear again
