I'm local and use this petrol station for my fuel and beer/wine for me and the other half . Yes I use the car wash on site and in the past have been good but beginning to get a bit slap dash .. maybe because I'm a regular customer who knows ! That aside the staff in the garage are great but my main concern is there difference in price on some wines depending on what member of staff is behind the till . Example: today on my way home bought a bottle of wine that I like from there ... it's only been on sale for the last month max and when I first see it it was on the end isle on deal for £5.50 .. picked a bottle up the cashier scanned it , it didnt read so manually punched it in , he said £7.50 ! I said no the label says 5.50 ... 2 mins later he agreed ! Since then the label has gone, bottles moved but I've been charged on buying since ( within 2 weeks ) £7.50 three times and £5.50 twice !!! Amazingly both different prices on the same day within hours of one another ! I ofcourse questioned it every time politely but sadly I have been made out to be wrong !! So please sort out the actual price and stick to it .... it shouldn't be a lottery !

Great experience. Friendly people and clean store. Good stop for the quick things you may need or snacks to quiet the kids or wife.

Very unhappy customer who filled up with petrol, cashier watched during the process. Went to pay, told cashier about the fuel, Cashier did not process fuel. I then get fined from fore court eye because there was no proof of the conversation. No I didn't check the receipt but realistically, who does? I was a woman on my own in the shop and do not feel safe or respected to go back again.

Went to last night to get some disel emergency , I have change to pumps and was calling loudly to activate the pump,but two people were inside even didn't bother to look at me. The FAT guy was very rude and behaving like why did i go to his petrol pump.
I couldn't get disel at all then i had to go Shell garage in Croxley.
these people were rude before as well, the way show their face that we made a big mistake to go there, Morvover I got doubt is it ORIGINAL BP petrol pump or they just using the BP name supplying cheal fuel, it never gives the correct millage whereby Shell fuel gives exactly it supposed to.
Very disappointed few times and we'll never ever go there again.Shame on BP.Cheap customer service,Authories should look at these issues.

I'm local regular customer. Staff are nice and polite except one guy.Don't remember his name,he has curly hairs.He is ok for other customers but when he see me everytime screaming "neeeext" and he is very rude to me.when ask simple question "how are you "he start talking something in his language but I believe nothing nice.don't remember I had any argument with him or I did something wrong.mayby he doesn't like me...ok ...his problem but man,calm down little bit.

Iam a long term truck driver fill up truck today at Watford gap went to pay for my diesel pump 19 the girl said no on 19 had give it to someone else they had and they tryed to put pin number wrong pin twice the other driver looked at the card and that's not my card then I entered my pin and said wrong pin they had blocked my works BP fuel card so BP can you please tell your cashers to check cards before they hand to drive well peed off day thanks Watford cap

Used to be cheaper than the rest but recently I purchased petrol at £1.91 and NOT even single Pump in Watford was selling unleaded for more than £1.83. They should not RIP OFF the already ridiculous petrol prices people HAVE to pay.

I Have a company Car using BP Fuel card only, This BP (is 2 miles from House) is supposed to be open 24hrs !! I leave for work early in the morning and many a time all pumps have tags dont use or a plastic bag over them, I understand if they are getting fuel delivery. As I work In MK had to use the BP Hemel just off the junction 8 and there is never a problem, the only reason I dont use this BP garage constantly you need to exit left to the roundabout and back up passed, to enter M1 North, a bit of messing around. But if a Fuel Station states OPEN 24hrs it needs to provide a 24Hrs Service
