I been refuelling my car and tha cashier put a limit of 30 pounds and he said if you want more petrol you can fill up after you pay... that’s means I have to put petrol in two times?? I’m really disappointed, ridiculously

Shocking customer service and when asked for use of the toilet was told it is locked!! There are female delivery drivers like myself who rely on your so called services to get by. I sincerely hope no one ever treats any member of your family in the utterly disreptful way in which I just was treated. Imagine being a pregnant lady begging to use the toilet to be told no we have locked it!!!

petrol prices here are not very good very expensive also it says one price but u get charged a higher price

Although advertises as taking fuel cards, DOESN'T!

Rude service, overpriced fuel and constant issues with the people who work in here. No human emotion showed from any staff. I now only go to the petrol station opposite side of the road that has a much nicer shop with great deals!

Yesterday I went to this place asking to please charge my phone 5min as I didn't know how to get home from there and my phone was dead. Both of the employees refused. After explaining my situation new in the area, being alone and lost, they told me to "go to McDonald's to change it". Useless and careless team.

Please open the toilets, “current circumstances” do not justify closing toilets in essential spots like Petrol stations.

It’s highly unpleasant to be not allowed to use a lavatory after a couple hours drive.

Was overcharged this morning advertised £1.31 for petrol charged, £1.52 plus pump just stopped so going to have to find another filling station
