Why is the owner coming on here just saying sorry, instead of doing something about it? If you don´t have a female member of staff to clean the toilets then employ one with all the money from the overpriced petrol and processed junk food you are selling.

I used this service at the weekend and I could not have been more embarrassed at the state of the ladies toilet. What an absolute disgrace. We do not want an apology. We want clean toilet facilities. This is not too much to ask. I will be complaining directly to BP as well.

Disgusting toilet when not ‘out of order’
I’ve seen better hygiene in places with no running water, This toilet is always atrocious, makes you wonder about overall cleanliness. Disabled toilet is for staff only despite showing disability card, would avoid facilities if possible

Absolutely useless. I just needed a vape for the assistant to just give me the battery. After not even leaving the Petrol Station I went back for the atomiser and they then gave me the wrong type of atomiser. I then asked for the manager in order to get the correct item for him to shrug his shoulders and state that "it is your fault and no refunds".
He didn't even bother to look for the right one even though I was prepared to pay.
Describing this place as run by Cowboys is a vast understatement.

No stars if i could.. Stopped there before getting onto the M25.. Yet again NO toilets.. seems to be the case every time i visit there. I was told to use StarBucks or use bushes.. which a few men were. Starbucks was disgusting as well.
Instead of charging ripoff prices why cant we have a clean toilet.
Staff i have spoken too just dont care.. BP this place is a disgrace.

This morning just after 3am I pulled in to get fuel...... all the signs are lit up (BUT) the staff in there can't be arsed to tap the screen so the pump starts working all because M+S delivery an there more interested in stocking shelfs. Your loss of probably about 400 quids worth

Horrid experience today early morning. Needed petrol around 4am and this was the only available open option I found online. No sign on the door about any closing due to restocking nothing. Cashier was rude and useless,just laughed thru window. After about 10 mins of my begging and shouting (I’ve never been such a rude customer ever before just really desperate) she opened the shop but didn’t let us fill the petrol (which would be for £80 just fyi). Never coming back!!!!!

Nothing about the shop as such but the environment around the petrol station and carpark spaces is strewn with rubbish and very unappealing. Paradise for vermin. Starbucks and BP need to work together to sort out the outside area it's vile.

The toilets are disgusting. I mean filthy dirty, unhygienic and not fit for purpose. They have been like this for years. Alright taking peoples money on massively overpriced food and drink though. People are not forced to buy anything I get that but when you need the toilet you have to use these inadequate stinking facilities. Something has to be done I can't believe they have been that bad for that long 🤢🤮🤢🤮😡😡
