Ideal location for nipping off the M25 for a quick fill up and then getting back on, only losing maybe 10 minutes.

They try to charge my bank card twice even when I showed them that the transaction when to my baking account. On top of that they refused to provide me a receipt. They did the same thing to another customer beside me. Don’t stop they have really bad service.

Cashier was the rudest man I’ve ever seen in a service role

Like for many of the others, this ‘24h’ garage was ‘closed’. Waited over 10 mins before the cashier emerged. Ignored me at first, then he seemed very agitated by the fact I was trying to pay and I had disturbed his break

Staff are thiefs in this garage. Be aware of what they charge! I meant to pay £5.04 and the cashier rounded up my bill to £6.00 without a blink. He threw receipt as soon as I paid. Terrible customer service, never buying anything from this shell garage ever again

Very funny staffs that refused to issue hot cappuccino in the nighttime. Giving poor excuse for not allowing to give hot drink after 11pm. What a poor excuse!

Very rude service especially from the person called RUSHDY working on the till, he started raising his voice saying your not my boss when I asked him a simple question about something, not returning to that petrol station ever again, I would suggest you use somewhere else.
