SHELL PARK REGATTA

Staff were a bit lacklustre to be honest, almost felt as though I was interrupting them somehow. I know there isn't much profit in fuel now, but surely a smile would be possible when someone is parting with £120 for the stuff? Maybe this is why I prefer Shell

Arguably the most overpriced filling station in the South Oxfordshire/Berkshire area. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay a premium. They get away with it as they're the only filling station in the town centre. Use White Hill or better yet drive to reading where prices are ~8p cheaper.

It is a service station, not much to add to that. Usually on the expensive side for fuel. Too many times I get a not working car wash. I do not use the shop or Costa, i leave that to others to comment on.

Absolutely woeful since changing from Eurogarages to whoever operates it now. Dreadful in every sense. Astonishingly high prices and staff who couldn’t give a toss.
I’m writing this in the queue, where I’ve been for the last 6 minutes.

The worst staff, they sell you car washes when it doesn’t work and refuse to refund the money! The staff are never friendly and always playing on their phones. The toilets are absolutely filthy every time I have been in there… I spend £5,000 per year there on petrol and they won’t refund an £8 car wash the they sold me knowing the machine wasn’t working!

Unreasonably expensive fuel...Also, food on the shelves can be outdated...

A disgrace to the Shell oil company. Same goods as when it was a Spar shop are £££££ more. Sells alcohol. Wine is ridiculously overpriced. A once good station now crazily overpriced. Taking advantage.

December 23rd 2022. Getting worse 10.99 for wine shelf marked 8.99. Illy coffee twice supermarket price. Obscene pricing. We all don't mind paying a little more for convenience and understand. However this place should be boycotted for it's overcharging and investigated for its flagrant breach of not honouring shelf prices.

Way too overpriced. Staff speaks absolutely no English and their services rarely work.
