We purchased and used the Ultimate car wash service (£9.50) on 3rd Apr 2021, but realized that the under chassis was not washed at all when we got home. It was probably due to their programme errors or the shop assistant issuing us a wrong code - both understandable. When calling the service station straightaway, we were told that they had to contact an engineer and would get back to us on Monday 5th Apr. Having not heard anything, I contacted them on 6th Apr, and was told first that under chassis might not be fully washed (which was incorrect as it was not washed at all) and then that they were not responsible for the car wash machine. Despite me telling them that I just wanted the car washed as paid for, they offered partial refund of £2.50 and then £4.00. It was repeated that it was not their responsibility, with no apologies. This is completely surprising, as it should be such a minor thing - due clearly to their mistakes, either the programme itself or the assistant issuing me with a wrong code. If they could not offer a replacement wash service, then they should issue a full refund (in my opinion, as it would have taken that much for the same service elsewhere - it is not like that you could just wash under the car). However, the way they dealt with it was utterly incredible - no interest in providing any service or correcting any errors and quite unpleasant. We will definitely not be using it in the future. If you use their car wash services, make sure you get what you pay for. Also their attitudes towards customers - over such a small issue that could have been easily resolved - are just completely out of touch with any expectation and lack of understanding of basic customer services. No - it does not deserve your business unless they improve.

Tidy and efficient. Well-stocked shop, friendly staff and a good car wash. Air machine always working when I've needed it - not always the case, but you do have to pay (20p min.!).

A bit tired and dated, but serves a function. Their premium grade petrol is the only one I trust locally for my 50 year old classic car.

Very poor maintenance on all the pumps and facilities . Today was the second time I have had a pump break on me and charge me more for fuel i havent received . And the air compressor took my money and was broken the week before. Sort yourselves out .

Will not go here again .
