Terrible Customer Service Here!
I used the cash machine here today & it told me I'd had £20, which I hadn't.
I went into the shop to report it & ask If they could help in anyway, such as by giving a phone number to call or a form to complete.
The man serving at 05:30 said it had been like it all night & no end of people had been in to complain, but it was nothing to do with him.
I asked if he had any contact details and he repeated No, nothing to do with me!
I asked if he should at least put a notice on it so no one else got caught out. Again he simply answered No, nothing to do with me.
I pointed out it was in his shop wall & attributed to his business which made it something to do with him. As I get my fuel there every week surely I am a valued customer and perhaps my customer experience is one he would want to enhance, which makes it something to do with him also??
Apparently not!
He couldn't care less!
So I went to Asda where I note the fuel is cheaper as is the shop! (& it's open 24 hours in the week)
Shame BP & Budgets your ignorant & rude shop assistant/cashier has certainly cost you one customer.
Hope you care about that??

Local town for local people,would not accept fuel card told me I need a pin number I told them to swipe it as it has no pin number they refused to do so,I had to phone the agency and as I was on the phone they decided to swipe it and payment went through.probably thought I stole the card,should not stereo type people.

Seriously, paying for fuel in advance and closing the shop after 10pm. This makes no sense whatsoever. If the locals are going to rob you, don't do business with them!

Worst car wash I've ever been through. Cheap at £3 but still not worth it because it literally doesn't clean your car

The day before the 5p reduction on fuel duty, the price of diesel here was £173.9, pretty much the same as local supermarkets. The day of the reduction the price of diesel here went UP to £179.9 and is now at a whopping £185.9!! So, whilst others have come down, the management here, for whatever justification, have seen fit to increase their price by 12p! The hubris of a company who can treat it’s customers with such disdain beggars belief. I will NEVER use this garage again, even when prices come down. I urge other local motorists to do the same. Outrageous greed and contempt for your bread and butter customers.

Loved the checkout bit as it allows you to do it yourself and scan the club card.

No toilets which was the only issue. But staff were really friendly and helpful. 🥂

Wont even pick the phone up it rings and thay hang up what is the point in them having a phone i tryed 3 times over 30 mins thay was no help just want to no if there doors was open late to get some snakes for late night movie but clearly thay dont care
