My local petrol station so have visited many times over the years. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. There is rarely a queue so a good place for a quick fill-up and close to both the New Forest and Christchurch town. Recommended.

My car had broken down in the KFC opposite the garage and lovely Tracey came to the rescue to provide her car to jump start mine! What a lovely lady. All staff at the garage were very helpful, just shows you that some people do go that extra mile! Thanks to all the staff at the Shell garage, Tracey especially. Howard, Karen and Henry D.

Sandwich was great, shame about the customer service. Not sure the customer should be trying to make the lady at the till happy. No need for the rudeness I received from her, would happily go back if I knew she wasn't working that day....

Its just not fit for purpose, it was built long long ago when cars were much smaller, the pump aisles are far too close together, theres no manouvre room, when you visit some of the brand new Shell sites you realise what a joke this site is, the staff are all friendly and as helpful as they can be in this day and age, but Shell need to think about a new site further along the A.35 when work starts on the new housing estate.

Always pop in here for my Costa Coffee and snacks when on a break, staff always friendly and welcoming, never had a bad service in 6 yrs, has a rest room too always clean.

Staff are great very friendly, one thing to note I'm taking a break from filling here, most recently, filling up here I'm not getting the mpg I'm used to, filling up at other shell garages I do.
A few years ago I was compensated by shell due to incorrect fuel measures at this station.
I spend in excess of £800 a month so I expect things to be right. But my business is for the time being going elsewhere.

Thanks so much to the bloke who has a shaved head. Sorry I didn't catch your name. You probably don't realise how much easier you have made my life just by letting me join the back of the queue and giving me a chance to get a little petrol. There needs to be more people about like you !
