Not sure exactly what was happening but tried to pull in to do the tyre pressures only to be told that the forecourt was shut for half an hour. Half an hour later we were told it would be another hour and shouted at over the tannoy and then my wife was verbally assaulted by one of the workmen.

As a woman on my own I needed air in one of my tyres a really nice guy called Rick helped me and did it for me.....now that is customer service for you well done Rick and thank you very much.

Sainburys have taken 100 out of my account instead of the correct amount of 25. I used the pay at pump. Always get a receipt, Metro bank very helpful, Sainburys no help at all.
