Terrible customer service with the younger staff.they need to be re trained in customer service department and they need to put a smile on and not worry so much about disscussing things with other staff members when they are meant to be serving customers.definitley gone down hill since the staff that had worked for the origional owners have more a less all left.such a shame.

Really friendly staff, a lovely bloke called John even helped get my motorbike started when it wouldn't fire up after I had filled up.

New store is super nice, huge variety compared to the previous one. Only downside is long queues, especially if you're only there for petrol and need to wait behind people doing their weekly shop. Might benefit from some self-service checkouts to deal with that.

Long queue behind people who shop after filling their car up . And leaving to get onto road is a nightmare because of at least 3 Costa signs plus 1 other blocking view of oncoming traffic which one day will cause a major incident. The pumps could do with signs saying which one is selling what so customers can see where to go to .
This is not an improvement to past service stn.

Always find the staff at this store very friendly and helpful. The security guard who recently has been outside the store with the current pandemic is the most pleasant security guard i have met! He had fantastic customer service, saying hello and goodbye to coop customers and having a interested converstion whilst having to wait outside! This young lad will go places!! That goes for the staff who work inside the store 👍🏻

Just called in for petrol and a friend tried to buy some scratch cards but the lady behind the counter was very rude and abrupt, it made my my friend very upset and he could do not understand , we will not be going back.

Horrible place to shop young girls sniggering at customers and rude customer service

Very impressed with the staff who were recently working during this crisis and who organised the queuing cars. Both the young men who acting as car marshals and the ladys taking payments were excellent and cannot be faulted. Please pass on my thanks at this very difficult time for you all
