So rude!! I had a terrible experience & the man was so rude, unhelpful and miserable. They Offer a parcel deliver pick up service yet they don’t want to deal with you and ignore you and carry on serving a petrol customer and make you wait even if you are first. Didn’t know what he was doing yet keep going on about a bar code and wouldn’t even look for my parcel when it was an UPS delivery and you don’t even need or have a bar code. Took me 10 mins to get my parcel and was very painful. I will avoid this petrol station from now on for parcels and petrol!

I took a ups parcel here as they were the closest place open on a Sunday. Item was scanned in but then 'disappeared' when the UPS driver came to collect it the following day. I raised an investigation with UPS and miraculously 10 days later the parcel was 'found'. Do not use these people if unless you want unhappy customers.

Get the car washed here from time to time must say they do a fantastic job price wasn't that bad considering the car was spot less no queue when I arrived definitely worth a look 😀

Varied services available including DHL express drop-off.

Handy when everywhere else is shut, staff are funny. Use it for UPS drop off too.

Forced to use as my usual site was out of diesel, checked my transaction following the visit, didn't even bother trying to pu the correct registration on my fuel card.

I have had a parcel delivered to this address. Dhl advised me it was there. But have been twice. And they dont have it. So where is the parcel. Not goid . As dhl gzve me the postcode etc and address of garage. Yet the lady said they havent got it again today 4th december. Bad service and a lot of money missing as the parcel is expensive. Complaint made to dhl .and now i gotta do one to bp. Bad bad service
