Sainsbury's Petrol Station

My go to place for fuel. Just about the cheapest place for miles around. Snacks if you want them and lovely staff behind the counter.
The free air pump is incredibly popular.

Normally the staff are friendly and acknowledge their customers whenever I go to pay for my petrol. Not so today - what a rude cashier!! Not a word when i said hello with the pump number and no eye contact - too busy chatting with her colleague to say a word. Scanned my nectar card, took the payment and shoved my receipt under the screen - no thank you or anything. Disgusted to be honest that she was just so rude!!

Fuel prices are generally reasonable, however have come across 2 staff that were completely rude and unhelpful to the point I wouldn't use it again.

Also the extremely large times opening sign is wrong, they don't open until 6am, not 5am.

Whenever I can I will use Sainsburys petrol stations. They are always good value and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Sometimes feel like you are an annoyance rather than a valued customer.

Been here tonight. Went to fill the car out. The pump didn't shut off so ended up with a river of fuel flowing down my car, over my shoes. Went in and spoke to a woman about it who told me it couldn't have happened as they would have cut off automatically to stop it. I said I smell of fuel and it's all over the floor. Again I'm told no it wouldn't have happen but if it did they will have cctv. It seemed like I was wasting my time so I left to see her come out to put sand down.

I can accept that these things can happen and first time it's ever happened to me but to basically be told I'm making it up and that she couldn't even say sorry as guess that would have been admitting fault maybe. Just shows awful customer service.

Great service, reasonably priced, Asda was closer to our route but they were closed causing us a delay. We'll go straight to Sainsbury's when we need fuel in Bridgwater in future.

I had a problem with my fuel cap ,and was given assistance by a very friendly member of staff as she had experienced the same problem with her own car. I was so grateful to her .
