I broke down by the garage, and had a lovely lady called Val working in the garage, who looked after me and allowed me to park safely there whilst i awaited a truck to tow my car. I had 3 hours at the garage, bought a few things, but i was also kindly allowed to wait in the garage with my bags as i had to get a taxi back to Devon late on a Sunday night. Toilet facilities good and clean, and good coffee.
Big thanks to Val - very much appreciated, and turned a bad day into a good one in the end.

I lost my gas receipt, and Lewis and especially, Sandra were incredibly gracious and helpful, spending time looking for a copy for me. What a world of difference kindness can make! Thank you so much!

Recently stopped here on a trip down to Kent to see family. The toilet was disgusting!! If I wasn't absolutely desperate I would have walked away. The seat was hanging off , urine all over the floor and flies everywhere. Needless to say on my journey back I did not bother stopping I just carried on straight passed.

Probably biased due to fuel prices, but everyone else seems to be dropping...? The toilet was very worse for ware but at least the pumps had digital payment features.

Clean, relaxing, really lovely staff with a kind word. I'd had a crazy day and they just cheered me up. Good coffee

Terrible experience, the manager accused me of threatening his staff when all I asked was why greggs was shut at 4 pm, when I suggested they should have a notice to say about this, the manager said I threatened his staff, I then proceeded to walk out and the manager followed me out with some sort of abuse, I then confronted him and he said I threatened him and his staff, what a load of rubbish, what a horrible experience, being accused of something I didn’t do, and to rub salt in the cashier had a real FO smirk on his face
, I’m now taking this further with there head office
People should not have to experience this just because of asking and suggesting things going forward,

Well Diesel at £1.98 a litre I will only go there if I'm about to run out of fuel Evan the shop is expensive

Always overpriced, always too expensive.
Weird authoritarian rules about how you can and can’t fill up a car or a motorbike. The cashiers love to get on the forecourt speaker and make demands of the drivers around me before they fill up - this appears to be a regular thing whenever I visit. To top it off, the garage is positioned on a roundabout with poor awkward access which inevitably puts you in a traffic jam when you’re trying to leave. I always fill up as little as possible here as it pains me giving them my money…which is an amazing achievement on their part! Good luck to you !
