It got 24 hour service and a shop which is open 24/7. The service is good and also got car wash which is functional only in day time. The staff is helpfull. Accepts card and cash payments.

Today I was returning a package from Amazon, everything was going well. But I hadn't closed the box and asked for a piece of tape. The clerk charged me 2 pounds for a tape. I hope it doesn't happen to other people

Many in-store products are cheaper than other retail outlets. Plus the staff are more user friendly.

They steal points staff used their own card for points

Used the petrol station to fill up the works car, only to be told by the staff member that I needed to enter my pin number in the fuel card. Only problem was my work never gave me a pin number, long story cut short. The guy behind the counter let me sort it out which took about 15 minutes and at no point did he make me feel like a fool.

Terrible customer service ... Or should I say no customer service. Tried to drop off a return package, followed instructions Amazon gave me but the staff member refused to accept my return as it was. He just didn't care, didn't even offer any solutions and left me, an autistic person feeling very stressed and frustrated.

Will actively avoid this place going forward.

Petrol station staff, maths not their strong suit. Tried to charge me £9 for two drinks and two packs of crisps, when called out they still over charged me and didn't give a receipt

Disgusted with service, I was second car there to be washed as I pulled out to be dried and hoovered inside another car arrived so was washed he was finished I was still waiting and 1st car that was being cleaned inside whilst I was being washed still ther 20 mins later and I'm still waiting then the next washed car came out and the guy started to dry his while I was still waiting so I just paid for wash and drove off will now look for new carwash
