Wow, after leaving my wallet at hotel, was working all night, was gasping for a drink, had change to buy a drink, the guy at the counter was rude to me telling me to go somewhere else....rufused to take couple of pound worth of change......disgusting....

This site is not serious at all , lazy people in there ........

Unbelievably rude. The most ignorant person I have EVER been served by. Could not be bothered to say hello, please or thank you.
If I see him behind the counter next time I need to fill up, will drive off and refuel elsewhere. Don't see why I should help to pay his wages… His name AKIL …

Very poor service!
Every time I want buy from them a patio gas for the BBQ the staff keeps telling me "We have nothing"...
..but you can easily see the full gas bottles behind the cage.. it's too much hassle for someone because required walking distance of 10 meters??
I'm feeling like unwanted customer because I want buy something from them..?!

Poor customer service also he got my pump mixed up with another pump and because he was abrupt I didn't hear the pump number and paid somone else's fuel !!! Didn't realise un till home and stupidly didn't get a receipt 😡😡😡

Very expensive as dear as most motorway services rip off food fuel ad blue everything

That guy in station is very rude he doesn't know how to speak to customer I guess he need some education
