Used the Deli2go option for food but won't be trying that again. The meal deal option at £4.99 doesn't compare at all well with the likes of Tesco Express outlets which are usually £3.75. Not much of a difference in price? About 33% so a considerable difference for sandwiches that are less tasty than I'd normally get. Poor selection of drinks and snacks to complement the meal too. Still, food is food and it filled a hole so shouldn't complain I guess

A older woman named Vai was very rude. When I asked her to turn on the pump because stopped working, she started speak loudly that "the pump is working!" I went back to the pump and check again but it didn't work. I came back and say that I'm sorry but it doesn't work.. The woman began to be more rude saying "everyone was using it from the morning and no one had a problem! Pump is working!!". Finally after paying for 4 liters only I went outside I wanted to check her name through the window, when she saw me she turned away from me to cover her name on the badge.. This was the first time I had such a situation and I was shocked at how staff can treat a customers!

It's a handy petrol station for the A14 but the pump prices are going to be on the steep side this close to a main A road. Food and drink available in the station itself or at the main services 100m away.

Never had any issues at this Shell, staff always friendly, shelves always stocked.

Large forecourt, but area had litter scattered everywhere and the whole station is just tired / grubby. Staff were fairly dismissive and abrupt. Positive was that fuel price is equivalent to those around the area.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the convenience store staff. Uncooperative and arrogant while being unreasonable. A basic human decency of allowing the bare minimum was not done. A woman was pleading them, asking to enter the WC. Unsupervised and painstakingly disallowing us entry merely because he didn't want to clean the WC. The ridiculously low reviews is a testament to how bad the stop is. Please avoid this pump by all means necessary. Never coming here again.

Rude shell staff behavior..
The place that claims to be open 24 hours a day refused to let me use their Toilet, and the guy working at the time claimed (night staff) that they close at 22:00..
We had expressed the urgency of the situation,still the guy was so rude and he had stated that opening the doors is impossible for him..
I was forced to go in public place.. So pathetic shell to employee this type of staff in such a reputed organization.

Very nice staff, clean and full shop, the only problem is one toilet but cant blame the staff.
