Stans of Llangollen

My tyre popped on way to llan, i managed to nurse the car to the petrol station at Stans. I had no jack or wheel brace in my car. A fella that works there - Steve - offered to help, brought his car around to help get the wheel off, but i couldn't find my locking wheel nut key, he told me i could leave the car in the small car park until the next day. I returned the next day to explain that i could still not find the locking wheel nut key, he offered his advice, and told me i could keep the car parked up until i got the key from mercedes. That's the kind of customer service you don't get at most places. He was well within his rights to tell me to get it moved. I returned 2 days later got the spare on and i was away. Cheers Steve, i hope someone reads this and you get a pay rise for being a legend. Top bloke.

Staff, were very condescending. All I wanted to do was buy some fresh sunnies and I was stared at by staff not felt welcome I felt belittled. I especially hate that Kevin.

Dropped my wallet and left without realising. It was found by staff and returned to me intact the next day. Favourite fuel stop when out on the bike in North Wales - Genuinely nice people running a good family business.

Such a nice and Friendly Atmosphere here. Very decent prices. Staff always happy to help and have a chat while serving.

Young lad working there was abusive to my girlfriend. Got in her face and told her to hurry up as she was entering the store. It was close to closing but the pump was authorised so she was just going in to pay for her fuel

Very rude manager.

Cant rate this garage anymore there is no e5 super unleaded anymore its all e10 so if your vehicle is older then 2011, then its not compatible, thr desision not to sell e5 super unleaded is ridiculous while other petrol stations are still going to sell it, so its a big thumbs down for stans
