A big thank you to attendant on duty yesterday who assisted an elderly person who accidentally filled her vehicle with diesel after visiting a relative in hospital. The courtesy abd and kindness shown was exemplary and needs to be mentioned. A great example of customer service and good character. Thank you

The staff here are fantastic whether im just stopping by for fuel or my son told me at midnight he needs a packed lunch for school the next day when nothing is in, they help me get exactly what i need and even do it with smiles on their faces. Shaun is so polite and even when I've forgotten things and he's had to go back and forth a number of times he still has a smile and been pleasant, he's helped me check out my car when a warning light started flashing on the dash that I'd not seen before and didn't even tell any blonde jokes.

Shell is ripping customers off with their extortionate fuel prices. If anyone is reading this then use the petrol prices app to find cheaper fuel than here!
Update: £1.83 for a litre of diesel here. The Essar 4 miles from here is £1.68. (13/12/22)
Wrexham has even cheaper fuel in independent garages. Don't refuel at the big companies like this one. They just want to keep profiteering.

Friendly staff but most customers refuse to wear face mask so come here if you want a week off work.
