ESSO MFG CARDIFF BAY

Refused to take my CollectPlus parcel 47x47x47 under 2kg parcel, yet they clearly had space to take the smaller 2 parcels. I explained that this was disability discrimination for failure to make reasonable adjustments, under the equality act. However the shop attendant just shook his head :-( avoid this place!

A petrol station which sells a variety of mini mart items. They have a car wash and hand jet wash facility which is very useful. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Every time I've taken a Yodel parcel there over the past year or so their 'machine is broken'. I believe it is not (what are the chances?) but they just don't like receiving parcels because they get in their way. A complaint has also been made to Yodel.

Beware of how much your charged. Staff, one in particular is very rude. I brought 2 4packs of red bull sugar free, mccoys, galaxy and a blt. Came to 18.85 on statement. No way it actually came to that. Get a receipt off them at night as they don’t tell you the cost and just hold up the contactless to the glass. If you have to use this place at night check everything they’re doing.

I get petrol them here all the time and when it comes to collecting nectar points the staff doesn’t scan it properly the customer service is is bad

Do not use auto car wash. Brush has never been cleaned. Ruined a 3k wrap job.

Went tonight around 10pm as I use esso alot being a taxi driver and will be my last there very unprofessional staff too busy with phone didn't want to give me a Costa coffee because its against the law in the petrol station to serve coffee after 10pm .. why advertise 24hrs then?
Cathedral Road esso serve them all the time regardless of time and have much better staff .
None of my Taxis will be going to esso on corporation Road by Clarence embankment anymore will only use Cathedral Road from now on. The manager needs to train staff too on how to serve and greet customers too.

⛽ is OK.... . But staff very unhelpful. Left we waiting by pump for long time, whilst drinking and making coffee inside the building. Very rude to me.. not good for Esso stations
