Inadvertently started filling up with “Supreme Diesel” rather than regular diesel as the only two nozzles on the pump were for regular Unleaded Petrol and Supreme Diesel. The price for this Supreme Diesel isn’t even advertised before you start filling and it costs 23p per litre more than the regular stuff. I was then asked to pay before they could verify the price. Avoid if you can.

Completely useless and incompetent. Tried to send a parcel through yodel drop off point which is the Esso gas station in Newport road and they refused. Vinted and Yodel says I can drop it off anytime in the 24 hours but the guy was just too lazy to be bothered to do anything. Saturday 30 April

COLLECT PLUS - do not try to send or return a package here despite what the collect plus website tells you they will not take your package. Have tried on 3 separate occasions in the past and was told the machine was broken, was told today they straight up wont do it but you can collect from them (as explanation for why the website still says i can send my packages here) please update your info because ive just wasted my lunch break trying to send a package.

I've been short changed by bloke working behind the till twice I don't think he's all there because if u ask for a receipt he starts swearing and getting aggressive, I would avoid this petrol station unless you whant to get robbed and abused.

The guy working in this place is one horrible person...got a code from SSE to put gas in and they sent it to this garage and this clown refused....I shown him the messages from SSE etc...as a volnurable person this company should go under as now I am without supply....scumbag

The service is so poor and bad. The behaviour of the person is so weird . I don't think the person who is working on 9 February 2022. Midnight@12 20 am has ethics to customers. He was literally throwing the money to the customer. I don't think he is fit for the job role. Maybe the boss should see the CCTV photoage.

Very dissatisfied I needed to put air in my tyres but the machine wasn't working and there was no label on the machine saying it wasn't working. I went into the shop and asked why it wasn't working and the man said it was working but you have to insert it in a weird way. I told him there was a person before me who said it wasn't working, and the man said it was my fault and I shouldn't have used it but I didn't know until I paid my money. Would give 0 stars if I could scamming and they also avoid paying tax
