APPLEGREEN Service Station

The dirtiest fuel pumps I have ever used , cheap surely doesn’t mean you can’t keep the place clean , wear your wellies when filling up here , spillages happen but no need for the state of the pumps

Filled up Wednesday morning. Car wouldn't start when i finished work. Turns out i got dirty diesel.
Complained Saturday when i got my car back. No help even tho all Diesel pumps are closed because of a water leak. Will be AVOIDING here in the future.

Filled up with £80 worth of fuel today on my way back from Scotland it immediately triggered an anti pollution system warning light on my dashboard , phoned AA and they told me it was caused by sub standard fuel and it will clear eventually when I top up with fuel again.......but not from Applegreen

OK.. but pumps are ancient. Clicks on extra penny when I put the nozzle away! Good large place with a lot of general store type supplies in offer.

Staff to lazy to come in to subway most of the time got a sign saying open yet no one can be bothered to turn up. And rude staff

Do they still sell heating oil here? Ie On the pump. Thanks

Well priced fuel but expensive shop. Often miserable staff I'm afraid to say.

Literally walking up to the shop at 20:53 (shuts inside at 21:00) and the lady inside the shop locks the door right in front of me and my girlfriend as we were about to walk in.

Can't believe how incredibly rude you'd have to be to lock the door in front of customers as they're walking into the store, then totally ignoring them as if we weren't there.

If you close the shop at 21:00 then close the shop at 21:00. I'm aware that you can ask at the night window afterwards but the effort of speaking into the microphone that's so distorted, it isn't worth the time whatsoever.

The only reason I went to applegreen was to go in and grab a few things but they closed early for no reason and fobbed me off as I stood at the door.
