Gulf Roundabout Service Station

Nice customer service. I did have one issue over the vacume not working after I purchased two tickets to use it to find that the pipe had been cut in half and was unusable. The garage wouldn't give me a refund of my £5 worth of vacume tickets. Wasn't happy about this as you can imagine. Surely I should of been entitled to my money back. I did complain to the petrol stations head office who informed me that they would look into the matter. However they never got back to me and this was March 2017. I've given up all hope on the refund. Besides this I have found the general staff to be customer friendly and very professional at there jobs. Can be a bit expensive for some items and more so the fuel. But then again petrol anywhere these days is expensive. Overall I'd say I've had more experiences with a professional service than a negative one.

Staff always lovely here. Not a bad selection of products and the Costa coffee machine is deffinatley a bonus, the prices are a bit higher than I'd like here but that's petrol stations I guess.

They were very kind in the past to allow me to leave my car on their forecourt when the snow was too bad for me to drive it home.

They do good donuts here but they are pricey it's a shame they dont sell alcohol past 10 other then that it's okay to come here if you need items when shops are shut.

This has got to be the cheapest petrol stations around 158.9 a litre. Its my new go to garage. They serve hot and cold food here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a visit especially if you want to save money when filling your car.

Good prices for fuel and good staff. Good selection of stuff in the shop though with petrol station prices.

Poor girl on the cash desk was frozen

One of the cheapest garages around. They have a loyalty scheme, which I must take up soon, and great service.
