Friendly helpful staff, left my card there one day, and they kept it safe, until I called again to collect.

The petrol is cheaper than some of the other places around.

You have to search for the hand sanitizer. Plexiglass at the counter but if the staff comes out he doesn't wear a mask. No cleaning of the countertop between customers.

Went in and thought I'd pick up a small bag of Revels. Anything on the stand that had a price was a pound and no prices to say any different.

Paid up and asked for a receipt.
Got in the car and realised they charged £2.39 for this treat size bag.

Went in to complain about it. Guy came out to the stand and said anything not priced is £2.39. He didn't get the fact that customers don't know this if there is no signage.

I was refunded my money but I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.
Simple customer service was not on duty that day.

First petrol station i could find with diesel after being broken down with no diesel in the country side, got refused the sale of diesel with a jerry can so that I could drive my van too the station and fill up some more and get myself back in work. Apparently down too some new trading standards rule which I believe to be a total lie from the shop owner. Very disappointed about the level of service from this petrol station after having worked as an electrician there multiple times.

Have used this station for many years, However stopping key workers that depend on fuel to keep the haulage and agricultural industry up and running is not clever!
Also the chap with the ponytail behind the counter appears to have the customer skills of a carrot!
Not a single penny more will be spent with you sadly
