Staff refusing to serve people without mask whilst stuffing Thier face and guess what, no mask

Why is there only one person on site - cars queuing up for petrol with nobody at the till. Drivers driving off site as not prepared to wait. I wanted a Calor gas bottle exchanged but was told by the woman who eventually appeared that she can't sell calor gas until tomorrow morning.
This has got to be against the law on lone working in a petrol station.

Went to the petrol station as you do. Went to out in fuel. Nobody in the till area to authorise to allow fuel to be pumped.

Sign on window "back in 20 minutes".

Don't blame the staff member, if on break. Blame the company for having only 1 member of staff on at the time.
