Risca Services ( Texaco Service Station)

Great service. Quick and simple. Well stocked shop too.

Used the garage today, as I do 5 days a week on route to work. Picked up my items, went to pay for my items, and the bill seemed a bit high, so I questioned it. The manager (guess it's the manager) told me that the wrong label had been put underneath the product I selected, but no mention of honouring the mistake that was made.

I called through to the garage a little later to speak to him hoping to resolve the issue but the manager didn't care for my customer... As I told him I was a regular costumer and my rough spending. Considering I spend roughly £80-£100 a week there on fuel and goods I thought he'd want to keep my custom but all he said was "ahh well" and hung up.

So whilst I understand that most of your customers clearly have a good experience in your store, (I was one of them up until today) , today was a 1 star experience in my humble opinion. And I'll be taking my regular custom elsewhere.

Well priced fuel, great coffee, very handy retail shop. Friendly helpful staff

24hrs. Petrol station is a petrol station they sell petrol u pay simple really nothing special

Great service and availability open 247 which is ideal if everything else is closed and you can't sleep. :)

Always use this garage for petrol

Cheaper petrol than the supermarkets nearby.

Petrol steep but so is everywhere. Has a Premier attached to it and I am partial to snacks. 👀
