Normally staff wise and in general a good store abit led on with the waste bins and clothing bins outside being closed of with no prior warning or any information online and the signs still being up caused abit of and issue, also with staff instantly assuming we were going to dump it there without asking perhaps our intentions was abit of a shock

Prices are up and down as are any fuel stations costa coffee machine in shop. always looks clean and tidy in and around the pumps. Staff are very friendly and polite Well stocked shelves

I was so happy this morning needed to put air in my tyres , didn’t have a clue how much etc as it was my new car .. I went into the patrol station asked the staff there if they knew how to do it the lovely lady Tina came out filled all my tyres up .. she was amazing I mean she didn’t have to help all she had to do was tell me how to use the machine but she made a effort to come out in the rain and do all my tyres herself this women deserves a pay rise ..

Pay at pump is pants, pre selected 20 pounds and 30 pounds deducted from my debit card, duty mabager refunded 10 pounds. Wont be using pay at pump again

Terrible customer service and problems with pumps. Had 0 miles exactly and was told I could only pay at pump. I only had cash. Asked if I could pay with my phone and the lady said no as she is the only one working. Went back home to get my card to come back and another vehicle is paying at the kiosk, not at the pump! Double standards. Pump then allowed me to put 27p in and stopped?? This should not have even been possible, was obviously way less than why I wanted to put in my car and was very inconvenient. Having to input my details twice. This is my local petrol station and to be fair, I rather go elsewhere.

Cheapest Diesel advertised in South Wales probably because they never have any down there. Shocking it’s not like there is a shortage I have been down several times lately and each time they are out. One Fuel station in Abertillery selling two things one which they don’t stock.

Tesco garage is my favourite place to visit on the weekend. It has a range of things to do including all you can drink petrol and excellent snacks
