My husband and I went in there earlier today and was served by a lady with blonde hair who has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen, and today isn't the first time. We go there just purely to do our lotteries and buy scratch cards, as we don't drive and hardly ever spend less than £20, and this woman just tuts and makes it seem that she is being inconvenienced by us spending our money. Horrible experience every time she is serving.

Depending on the staff you get either a rude member of staff or a friendly one. Items on shop are nearly motorway service station prices. Fuel is always more expensive than Tesco you the road which is to be expected

Deacusting customer service. Due to corvid there's a big poster on the front of the window which agrees to close at 10 o clock. I drive over from llanhilleth bang on quarter too 10 and she said In a rude manner go away we closing while waving her hands away. I never felt soo insulted In my life seemed that she couldnt wait to get out of there. Rude mannerd lady. I only wanted one object. Won't be using this service again. It was something I was not expecting. If she spoke nicely evan if it was early and said sorry we just closing. Then I would've happily accepted it and walked away but not when I'm told to go away we closed with hand movements. Descusting it was
