Broadway Service Station

Very unhappy with the service and disregard my mother has received today. She had felt ambushed. And in no way should anyone be treated or be made to feel like the way she did.
Unacceptable behaviour from the customer assistant.
I wouldn't even rate 1 star. I just wanted to show how disgusting the situation was handled.
My mother had put fuel in and forgotten her card so she went in straight away and told the customer assistant. She got very aggressive with my mother. My mother felt completely demoralised! My mother then insisted on returning home immediately in order to get her bank card, giving the customer assistant her registration details and even suggesting that they phone the police herself.
I am completely and utterly disgusted! It may be that the customer assistant was prejudice or what not but no person should be treated like this. Not only was she raising her voice at my mother but shrugging her away to leave.
Would never go here again with this customer assistant giving the garage a bad atmosphere and disloyal name!!!

Disgusting customer service. The old woman who works there is just plain rude and I’ve been a regular for 3 years. The quicker this place goes into new management the better.
You might have been able to run a business with that sort of ignorant attitude 50 years ago but there’s plenty of other service stations nearby with much better service.
No wonder they hardly ever have fuel, their suppliers probably get the same attitude....Will not visit again.

Great little service station, I think it's the only one between Fforestfach and the city centre/Sketty, so useful location. They sell all sorts in the shop as well, so handy for picking up daily essentials, or offers they may have on gifts etc.
The only downside is that it can be difficult to pull out onto the road afterwards, when the road is busy, as the road bends around on Broadway, and people don't often slow down to let you out.
Very friendly, helpful staff and they have a rewards card for frequent visitors.

Car washer dont wash prooerly and expensive for what it is should have a drive in car wash woukd be better otherwise a too notch garrage and shame it changed from sgell as shell now sells jamie oliver products and cheaper neal deals change back texaco is not what customers want and only 1 shell left now on fabian way to far to go get shell back u have manopoly then my family miss shell and there rewards and prizes

I recently received training for a job at this petrol station. It seemed the staff were not offered any rest breaks on 7-8 hour shifts. I believed this to be illegal so following ACAS guidelines I brought this up with management. They confirmed that breaks are not offered at all for their staff. Bringing this up and stating that this was illegal, my training was terminated by management. I believe the only employees of the station are young as well as overworked because of this.

Friendly, polite staff. Good selection of stuff in the shop. Prices ok for a non supermarket petrol station. It's sometimes difficult to pull out right safely because of the location of the station on the road.
