Not one for leaving reviews but these guys definitely deserve the praise. I called up to ask for a quote for a new boiler, quoted me very quickly and boiler was installed in 2 days. Two great lads, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Bad experience.
I asked for a visit for a quote for a complete renovation of an ensuite, possibly including a new boiler system. They promised to ring me three times, but it never happened. In my last call, a gentleman called Chris implied that the delays were due to us not accepting a non-competitive quote for a different job years ago. It looks that if you don't go ahead with their quotes, they put you in their "black book." Terrible business etiquette.
Chris was abrupt on the phone. When I said to him, "is the fact that not accepting a previous quote a determinant factor for you not to be willing to provide further quotes for other jobs in the future?" He answered: "We are not interested in your business, thank you," and hung the phone up.
They possibly forgot that I accepted one of their quotes to move one of the radiators in the past.
It is a shame because I believe they are good plumbers, but their approach to customer relationships is wrong. Quotes are just quotes; they should be happy for me to shortlist them. I usually ask for two or three quotes for any substantial job, and it is up to me to decide which one is the best overall for me; the business should understand it.
The fact that annoyed me most is that they cancelled a first visit for the quote (the visit was scheduled at 1700 h, and they only called me minutes before to cancel it), they promised to call me back, and they never did.
SUMMARY: NWR provides quotes to be accepted; otherwise, they cross you off. Also, abruptness on the phone.

Friendly informative service from Chris and his team. Great comms and punctual. Answered questions. Assessed the job which was a bit complicated! Went over and above to ensure we were left clean and tidy. Removed all rubbish too. No fuss service. Thanks very much.

We had Chris come to fit a new thermostat today. Lovely chap, very knowledgeable, and was quick and easy installation. Would definitely recommend as we'll be using them again

We had a very SMALL ugly bathroom and NWR Gas redesigned it and now it looks fabulous. Bigger than I thought possible. Chris and all the guys were very professional, friendly, efficient, polite and very tidy. First class in everything they did. Definitely 5 stars. Would happily use them again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys 😊

We had a new heating system installed (boiler and radiators) a few weeks ago by this company and couldn’t recommend them enough. Friendly, informative, competitive pricing, no pushy sales techniques used and the actual job was done to a high standard with minimal disruption to family life. Very happy with the whole service we received, thank you.

I needed a boiler serviced at short notice and NWR were able to accommodate this. Communications were excellent. The price was competitive. David the engineer turned up at the appointed time and was friendly and professional. Great service. Thank you

Had a flueless gas fire fitted. Arrived on time, price a bit steep for 2 hours labour in my opinion but as l didn't ask for the hourly labour rate or a price for the job in hand l can have no complaints as the job was done to a professional standard. Moral of the story, either ask for hourly rate or price for the job.
