To date, they have not got back to me, was told some one would get back to me after Christmas, but I am not waiting on them, not professional!

I contacted this company through Trustmark to perform some refurbishments in my flat, and we agreed for them to visit and inspect the flat and provide a quote. They asked in advance if parking was available without providing any details or making any special parking requests. They arrived at the property in a large van which could not fit in the parking space and started vigorously complaining and shouting that there was not permit available to park it; then they left without inspecting the property to provide a quote as they could not park their van. The individual who came to inspect the flat came across as unprofessional. Following this incident, they were very unapologetic and even implied that it was my responsibility as a potential customer to have obtained permit for them to park their large van for the inspection.
The flat is based in a well known development in E14 where this company is also based and said that had previously taken on other jobs. Therefore, they are expected to know that large vans do not fit in the parking spaces and specify this in advance. I have asked several other building contractors to view the property and never have experienced similar issues as they do not use such large vans.
Overall, Dennis B Building Contractors came across as lacking professional courtesy and organizational skills. My brief encounter with them was very disappointing.
